Will every Aquarama home have a private pool?
There is no confirmation. Pulte has not released Aquarama floor plans or a standard and optional features list.

Davenport, Polk County, Florida
A private pool is what moves the nightly rate most for an Orlando vacation home, and the first filter families apply when booking. At Aquarama it appears in independent marketing material, still without confirmation from Pulte.
This is everything concrete to date. There is no price, no floor plan and no confirmed amenity. The photograph is conceptual.
Nothing. There is no official Aquarama floor plan catalog, spec sheet or options list to date, and a private pool appears in no public builder document about the community. What does exist is the approval for up to 1,065 units across roughly 288 acres and the description of the project as a vacation home community. Third-party material already advertising private pools is projecting the standard of other Pulte communities nearby onto a project whose product has not been released.
Pulte has named its own Central Florida vacation communities as the inspiration, and in those a private pool is standard on the single-family home and optional on some townhomes. Aquarama starts with a mix of roughly 700 single-family homes on about 40- and 50-foot lots plus 350 townhomes, and the product is explicitly aimed at groups and large families. That makes private pools likely on at least part of the inventory. Likely is not confirmed, and the difference matters to anyone running the numbers.
Whatever Aquarama ends up offering, the cost of keeping a private pool on a vacation home in the area is well known and does not change from community to community: chemicals and weekly service, pump electricity, heating in the cooler months, which guests almost always ask for, and equipment maintenance. Add insurance and property management on top. This is a recurring cost that belongs in the math before any revenue projection, and it is the kind of number you can verify today, without waiting on Pulte.
Once Pulte publishes the catalog, four questions decide whether the pool pays off on a given unit: which plans include it as standard and which as an option; what the option costs and whether it can be financed; whether heating is included or priced separately; and what the HOA defines about maintenance, fencing and use. Waitlist members get those answers in the first conversation instead of finding out after signing.
There is no confirmation. Pulte has not released Aquarama floor plans or a standard and optional features list.
In other vacation communities nearby it happens on some units. For Aquarama, it has not been disclosed.
Not yet. No price list or options sheet has been published for the community.
Three quick questions. With no pricing and no floor plans yet, what exists is order of arrival and a conversation that starts before the announcement.
