Townhomes for sale in Aquarama Resort

The released plan for Aquarama calls for approximately 350 townhomes alongside about 700 single-family homes, within an approved ceiling of 1,065 units. That is roughly a third of the community, which signals the townhome is not a marginal add-on there: it is one of the two core offerings. In a community aimed at short-term rental, that proportion usually reflects an intent to cover two price points and two guest-group profiles.

Unofficial marketing material mentions townhomes with up to five bedrooms, but Pulte has published no plan catalog, square footage, suite count, garage configuration or standard features list for Aquarama. The project's own independent guide warns that images and descriptions are conceptual and may change. Without a plan there is no honest way to calculate nightly occupancy, cleaning cost per turnover or expected revenue, because every one of those numbers depends on how many guests the home sleeps.

In Central Florida vacation communities, the townhome comes in at a lower ticket, with exterior maintenance usually covered by the association and often no private pool or a smaller one. That lowers the cost of carrying the property, but it also lowers the nightly rate it commands and the group size it serves. Choosing between a townhome and a single-family home is almost never about price alone: it is about which combination of capital invested, annual cost and average nightly rate works out better for your case.
