Two home types and the lot widths
ConfirmedThe released plan calls for about 700 single-family homes on lots roughly 40 and 50 feet wide plus around 350 townhomes, for an estimated total between 1,050 and 1,065 residences depending on the source and rounding. Lot width is the most revealing piece of that set: 40 and 50 feet point to homes built deep on the lot, with front or rear garages and a compact outdoor area, which is vacation community standard rather than wide-lot residential neighborhood.

Not disclosedSquare footage, bedroom and bathroom counts, ceiling heights, garage configuration, pool deck orientation and finish packages have not been released for any Aquarama home type. Pulte's Orlando and Davenport page still carries no specific sales profile for the community. Without that, no comparison with plans from other communities is possible, because there is nothing to compare: any table someone presents today was assembled from another product's data.
The model homes are the milestone to watch
ConfirmedAquarama's model homes are expected in late 2026, and that is when plan, square footage and finish standard stop being concept. In launches around here, the catalog is usually published alongside or shortly before the model opens, and it is the first moment you can really measure: walk the house, check the true size of the secondary bedrooms, and see what is standard versus a paid option. Before that, planning with numbers is planning with guesswork.
